Birthday

Had a wonderful Monday afternoon at the PS Cafe in Dempsey with my dear good fren. Had not been there for quite some time liao. Liked the peacefulness of the surroundings ..cos lots of greeneries.

We kind of "celebrate" my birthday in advance there cos she gave me a wonderful present and a card. I thought i will never use aromatheraphy scent cos i never like to have a thick smell in the room and i thought it was so troublesome to ight candles or to use a burner. But this one that she gave me was so simple. just simply add a few drops of the scent to the wooden sticks and slowly it releases a kind of nice smell. Thanks my dear fren.

There's always lots of things to share despite the great differences in our lifestyle, views, eating habits, spending style, interests etc. One is married with kids while the other is still enjoying her singlehood. One is a "carnivorous" while the other is "vegetable" person. One likes to play mahjong while the other doesnt like gambling. However we will still manage to maintain and "preserve" this precious friendship for coming to 2 decades! it is definitely not easy and i hope we will really end up like the 2 middle aged friends who were sitting beside us on that day. They were happily discussing and planning their holiday trip (according to my fren who can eavesdrop very well) and were really good friends whom are in their prob late fifties.


anway, cheers to our 19 years of friendship and hope many many many more years to come.
