Bak Kut Teh

Ng Ah Sio bak kut teh, supposed to be one of the famous names for bak kut teh. They opened a franchise stall along Tanjong Katong Road. was rather quiet when we stepped in on a weekday afternoon. Thought it was becos it was 3pm in the afternoon, way past most people's lunch hour. But the food was really lousy! Soup was too peppery. The liver was not smooth, no "powdery" feel, the pig trotters was tasteless! Very disppointed lunch indee
