California Kitchen

Always will eat at California Kitchen whenever we visit the Forum Gallery. It seems that there are not much choices of food there, or maybe because we are resistant to changes and simply not adventurous. But this time round, its standard seemed to hv dropped drastically (or maybe they have expanded the outlet). The kids meal, alfredo pasta is only spaghetti with the cream sauce and nothing else! Not even a single ingredient. Looks not at all appetising. The cabonara penne is very uncooked. Every penne is very hard...the presentation looks more like an alfredo pasta rather than a cabonara. The pineapples on the hawaiian pizza are too sour.......with very few pathetic ham. This meal was very disappointing.
