My good fren brought me to her spa in Bishan Park.... never had a massage for a long time. Slept so fast and soundly in the night, seems like the blood circulation in my body is working very well.
We went to the nearby Mac to sit and eat our late lunch. Quite a nice, peaceful and serene place.... maybe can bring the kids to the park and playground there one of these days.
